I’m thrilled to congratulate my incredible mentee, Faradia Kernizan, on being selected as a recipient of the 2024 ASCO Medical Student Rotation (MSR) award!
I’ve had the privilege of mentoring Faradia — a passionate, driven, and compassionate future oncologist, through the ASCO Diversity Mentoring Program.
As a former ASCO Global Young Investigator (YIA) awardee and current mentor, it’s incredibly rewarding to witness the next generation of oncology leaders take shape. I can’t wait to see where this journey takes you, Faradia—the future of oncology is brighter with you in it!”
