“Fantastic day connecting with the incredible leaders at St. Elizabeth Healthcare Leadership for our latest “Journey to Excellence” meeting.
We were so fortunate to have Gregory Campbell share his wisdom on the crucial role of Emotional Intelligence in leadership – seriously engaging stuff, with plenty of laughs and some really insightful takeaways. It really makes you think about the people you surround yourself with. He shared this quote, “If the people in your circle don’t inspire you, you don’t have a circle, you have a cage.”
I feel so fortunate to be part of an organization that truly gets this and actively invests in growing its leaders. That commitment to development, especially in today’s complex healthcare world, is more important than ever.
