“Having just returned from AACR2025, I am reflecting on the impressive scientific progress highlighted across the entire program. In the current atmosphere of funding uncertainties and disruptions, it is more important than ever that our community pulls together to shine a light on such impactful cancer research.
I was very happy and inspired to see so many The Mark Foundation for Cancer Research grantees presenting their work, including three of the opening plenary speakers, Kevan Shokat, Johanna Joyce, and Catherine Wu.
