In this article, we shed light on the growing burden of Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs), with a special focus on hypertension — a silent killer affecting millions in our communities, through the art of storytelling. We chose this approach to make the message not only educative but also engaging and relatable, allowing readers to connect deeply with the realities of NCDs in our communities.
