Myeloma Paper of the Day, April 17th, suggested by Robert Orlowski
Robert Orlowski, Florence Maude Thomas Cancer Research Professor at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, shared a post on X:
“Myeloma Paper of the Day: Patients post-ASCT on Len maint with sustained MRD negativity for >6 mos have superior 3-year PFS vs. those without sustained MRD measured by NGF (100% vs. 67.6%; HR 0.06; P<0.007) and NGS (90.5% vs. 72.2%; HR 0.23; P=0.048).”
