Fabio Moraes: Actions are needed to promote Radiation therapy capacity expansion in Brazil
Fabio Moraes, Associate Professor at Queen’s University, shared an X/Twitter post by Timothy Hanna, Radiation Oncologist at the Division of Cancer Care and Epidemiology, Cancer Research Institute, Queen’s University, adding:
“The Brazilian Radiation therapy expansion plan showed substantial delays in most projects.
Significant delays were observed in the basic and construction projects phases.
Actions are needed to promote radiation therapy capacity expansion in Brazil.”
