David Olawade: The impact of regular MSCC training sessions within clinical settings

“Hot Off the Press!

Excited to co-author this important study on UK Cancer Real-World Performance and Service Delivery, now published in IJERPH MDPI.

A growth-focused approach fostering innovation and teamwork, with patient care at its core.

This research highlights the impact of regular MSCC training sessions within clinical settings, significantly improving adherence rates to NICE <24-hour MRI guidance for suspected Metastatic Spinal Cord Compression (MSCC)—increasing from 62% to 71%. A testament to how structured education and multidisciplinary collaboration drive better outcomes in cancer care.

Grateful to be part of this work alongside an incredible team dedicated to advancing cancer service delivery and research.”
