This innovative initiative connects social prescribing with volunteering, creating a supportive environment that promotes the health and well-being of individuals with cancer experience.
As part of this exciting journey, we are reaching out to healthcare professionals (e.g., general practitioners, family doctors, nurses, occupational therapists, social workers, psychiatrists, psychologists, physiotherapists) across Europe!
