CCI Europe’s bi-annual strategic meeting hosted by Floga
Childhood Cancer International-Europe shared a post on LinkedIn:
“New year, new goals! Just a few days ago, we held our bi-annual strategic meeting, this time hosted by Floga at their premises in Athens. The CCI Europe Committee members came together to plan the year ahead and set the course for what’s coming next.
We also had the opportunity to connect with Floga, one of Childhood Cancer International ’s founding members. Under Maria Trifonides’ leadership, the organization has grown significantly, working tirelessly to make a difference for the children with cancer in Greece.
While in Athens, we joined the traditional Vasilopita celebration and met with the Greek Minister of Health and the Greek Deputy Minister of Health. We had a productive discussion about the state of childhood cancer care in Greece and how it compares to the rest of Europe.
