“Sayre Therapeutics is hosting a webinar on DFMO (Difluoromethylornithine) – New agent in the management of high-risk Neuroblastoma on December 12 from 8 to 9 p.m.
Giselle Sholler, Divisional Chief of Paediatric Haematology/Oncology/BMT at Penn State Health Children’s Hospital, will speak about the clinical trial data on DFMO conducted on high-risk neuroblastoma patients. She was the principal investigator of the clinical study on DFMO. Her laboratory focuses on the study of DFMO targeting cancer stem cells in neuroblastoma and brain cancers for maintenance therapy through five clinical trials. James Robert, Medical Director, USWorldsMeds, and Thomos Clinch, Director, Regulatory and Clinical Development, will both talk about the data that was presented to the USFDA. Girish Chinnaswamy, Professor Paediatric Oncology, TMH Mumbai, will chair a discussion to close the event.
