Rahul Banerjee: A good reminder by Danai Dima that talquetamab can be used before BCMA CAR-T
Rahul Banerjee, Assistant professor at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center at the University of Washington, shared a post on X:
“A good reminder by Danai Dima at Binaytara Foundation BTFHem25 that talquetamab can be used before BCMA CAR-T.
Ideally after collection, but some patients received tal as holding (likely wouldn’t be able to get to CAR-T otherwise) and did okay.
Some manufacturing failures though.”
Rahul Banerjee is an assistant professor at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center at the University of Washington. He completed his residency at the University of Pennsylvania health system.
He completed his fellowship in haematology and oncology from the University of California, San Francisco. He has authored over 70 peer-reviewed publications. His clinical interests include multiple myeloma.
