Assess patient(comorbidities, heart, lungs, GI).
Risk stratification(Sokal, Hasford, EUTOS).

Treatment

Low risk: Imatinib
Intermediate/high: 2nd-gen TKIs

Monitor(bcr-abl PCR)

Treatment-free remission.”
