“Today I am launching my fundraiser for off-label treatments which will hopefully extend my life. After consulting my team of experts in ovarian cancer research and treatment, it is clear that the next best drugs are not funded for my type of cancer, or accessible via a clinical trial (as is often the case for rare, less common and complex cancer patients).
I wish that ALL cancer patients had equitable access to best in class emerging new treatments, something I will keep advocating for until the day I die. Until that becomes a reality I have to swallow my pride and ask for your help…So if you could please consider donating and/or sharing my campaign far and wide it would mean the world to me.
