Sahar Mansour: Wearing My Pink Moustache in Cooperation and Support of the Initiative Movember
Sahar Mansour, Professor of Radiology in the Women’s Imaging Unit at Kasr El Ainy Hospital in Cairo University, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“We’ve wrapped up Pink October, a month for Women’s health and Breast Cancer Awareness.
November is for men, so let’s turn our attention to men’s health this Movember.
Movember is a global initiative where men grow moustaches to raise awareness for men’s health issues like prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and mental health. It’s a fun and effective way to spark conversations and remind each other of the importance of regular check-ups and taking care of our health.
Here I am, wearing my pink moustache in cooperation and support of the initiative.
To all the men in my life, join the movement! start a conversation, and take care of your health.
It’s not just about you—it’s about being there for the people you love.”
Dr. Sahar Mansour is a Professor of Radiology in the Women’s Imaging Unit at Kasr El Ainy Hospital, Cairo University.
