“This week, I had the privilege of participating in the European Cancer Summit 2024, organized by the European Cancer Organisation, in Brussels.
The event was a remarkable platform to discuss transformative approaches in cancer care, from prevention and early detection to survivorship and quality of life improvements. Sessions on digital health integration and AI in cancer care were especially impactful.
What made this experience truly unforgettable was meeting so many inspiring individuals who share the same mission – to improve cancer care and outcomes for all.
The Summit also featured a special showcase of the smartCARE and Protect-Europe projects, demonstrating the incredible potential of EU4Health initiatives to improve cancer survivorship and transform patient outcomes.
