”Our results including more than 20,000 patients were presented as a poster at ESMO23. Liver metastasis has the worst prognosis in patient with metastatic hormon-sensitive prostate cancer! Other visceral sites as not bad as liver. Does patients with visceral metastasis to only lung have a high risk disease? We clearly need a new prognostic score in prostate cancer.
