– 497 urine DNA samples from 281 patients
-100% sens for ≥T1 bladder cancer
– 94% sens for Ta bladder cancer
– 92% sens for any grade UTUC
– 100% sens for MI/HG-UTUC
– 90% sens for recurrence detection
– Identification of Lynch syndrome
– Three-tier diagnostic workflow for cystoscopy
– pre-screening Potential to replace ~80% of diagnostic cystoscopies
– 2 utDNA mutations, AF≥5%
– PPV 100%
– 69% of UC patients could be scheduled directly for OR procedures.
