“I am very happy to see the increasing inclusion of patients’ voices and Patient Organizations in important meetings and initiatives.
It was an honor to represent Albania as a Patient Advocate and speaker at the ‘Transforming Cancer Care’ event held at the Romanian Parliament in Bucharest.
The focus was on exchanging challenges, opportunities, and best practices across CEE countries, as well as discussing the quality and affordability of Cancer Care.
Cancer patients around the world, regardless of nationality, need equal access to quality care, innovative treatments, and compassionate support. It’s vital that we continue to work together across borders to ensure that no one is left behind in the fight against cancer.”
