Mukhtasar Malcolm Alkali: Honored to meet Dan Milner at WCC

Mukhtasar Malcolm Alkali, Cancer Advocate at Medicaid Cancer Foundation, shared a post on X:

”We had the honor of meeting Dr. Dan Milner, the Executive Director of The Access to Oncology Medicines Coalition, at their booth. Additionally, we had the opportunity to present Medicaid CF Programs’s Patient Access to Care (PACE) Program led by our Global Cancer Advocate Zainab Shinkafi-Bagudu, which was launched in 2019. Over the years, PACE has expanded its focus from improving access to chemotherapy to offering comprehensive support across all stages of cancer care.”

Dan Milner is the Chief Medical Officer at the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) and an Adjunct Professor at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. Prior to his role at ASCP, Dr. Milner spent 11 years at Harvard, where he taught pathology, microbiology, and infectious disease. He also led infectious disease consultations in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology (AP/CP) and secured multiple research grants focused on malaria and HIV.
