Christos Tsagkaris: Our work on reduced femoral torsion in children and adolescents in Aalborg
at JBI Evidence Implementation, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“I had the opportunity to attend EORS24 and present our work on reduced femoral torsion in children and adolescents in Aalborg, Denmark. During the conference, I also had the privilege of co-chairing the trauma session alongside Dr. Anne Mette Stausholm.
The sessions at EORS were thoughtfully divided among clinical orthopedics, biomechanics, and biological research, providing a balanced and comprehensive view of the evidence-based advancements in musculoskeletal health and surgery.
It was also a great chance to reconnect with old friends and colleagues, make new ones, exchange ideas, and learn from one another. The list is long, but I value every conversation: Prof. Boyko Gueorguiev, Maria Chatzinikolaidou, Ali Yalcinkaya, Dimitrios Zeugolis, Jan Duedal Rölfing, Elif Tuğçe Çil, Zeynep Bal.
Grateful to my colleagues and mentors at Kinderspital Zürich for their support, and to ON Foundation for awarding me a travel grant for the conference.
Kudos to the organizers for an excellent event! Interdisciplinary Orthopaedics Prof. Ole Rahbek and team.
Special thanks to Dr. Maria Tirta, our Greek colleague in Aalborg, who encouraged me to apply for both the conference and the travel grant back in April.
Looking forward to the next one!”
