“It was amazing to lead the participation of Dr.Reddy’s Laboratories at ESMO 2024 held in Barcelona Spain with Oncology Center of Excellence Team and Country Collegues.

We were able to host many of our Key Opinion Leaders across markets and take them through our core value proposition of improving access to cancer drugs, our portfolio across markets, research initiatives ,biologics capability, entry in Immuno-oncology space with Toripalimab. Many HCPs picked up ‘ An Unfinished Agenda’ – Dr. Anji Reddy’s autobiography kept at our booth and were excited to learn more about Dr.Reddy’s Laboratories.

Our Business Development and Clinical Sciences Team members were able to interact with multiple potential and existing partners. As we continue to expand our footprints in Emerging Markets, participation in ESMO 2024 gave us visibility as Premier Biopharmaceutical Organization working towards improving access to cancer drugs Dr.Reddy’s Laboratories.”

Sachin Vishwasrao is the Therapy Lead -Oncology and Hospital Business (CoE Emerging Markets) at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories. He is the Head Marketing(Oncology) and Special Projects at Eisai Pharmaceuticals India. He was also Country Brand Lead (Rare Diseases) at Pfizer.

Kallam Anji Reddy was an Indian entrepreneur in the pharmaceutical sector, best known as the founder-chairman of Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, established in 1984. He also chaired Dr. Reddy’s Foundation, the group’s corporate social responsibility arm founded in 1996. Reddy was an influential figure, serving on the Indian Prime Minister’s Council on Trade and Industry. His significant contributions to the pharmaceutical industry were recognized by the Government of India, which awarded him the Padma Shri in 2001 and the Padma Bhushan in 2011.
