“I love the clinical research industry but I had never experienced this level of racially insensitive comments until I became a clinical research professional. I’m often shocked when I hear comments and don’t fully know how to respond in the moment. I find myself avoiding people who have said these comments. I will no longer be silent and will speak up.”
