25th birthday of ICR’s Structural Biology Division

“This week we celebrated the 25th birthday of our Structural Biology Division
Head of the Division Professor Laurence Pearl opened the conference, hosted at The Royal Society
‘I am immensely proud of the contributions that Structural Biology has made to increasing understanding of the molecular basis of cancer and helping to guide the development of gentler and better targeted drugs.’
The Division of Structural Biology was established in 1999 at the Chester Beatty Laboratories on the Chelsea campus of the ICR and has flourished over the years thanks to the remarkable contributions made by incredibly talented scientists.
Here’s to many more years of innovation and success.”
