“DESTINY breast 12 by Nancy Lin at ESMO24

• 12 month PFS overall, similiar w stable and active brain mets 62.9% & 59.6%  
• median PFS = 17.3 mon
• CNS ORR = 71.7%
• 12-month OS was maintained in patients with BMs (90.3%) and without BMs (90.6%).”

Stephanie Graff is the Director of the Breast Oncology Program at Lifespan Cancer Institute at the Legorreta Cancer Center at Brown University and co-leader of the Breast Cancer Translational Research Disease Group. She is an Associate Professor of Medicine at the Warren-Alpert School of Medicine. She also serves as a medical advisor to the Dr. Susan Love Foundation for Breast Cancer Research, is an Associate Editor of Cancer Medicine, and chairs the editorial board of Oncology Times.
