He also serves as the Secretary General of the Lung Cancer Study Group, Japan Clinical Oncology Group, and the Deputy Chief of the Center for Education and Professional Career Development at the National Cancer Center Hospital. He specializes in multimodal treatment strategies, including medical, surgical, and radiation oncology, for patients with thoracic malignancies.
