“Just landed in Kansas City for the Total Health | Oncology ASCO2024 updates event this weekend where I’m excited to connect with old friends and meet many new.
Having the mindset of every day matters is my one of my mantras and in that context I often use the everyone matters mindset. Today this was front of mind at the airport in KC today, I love these gender neutral bathrooms at the recently rebuilt airport.

Sami Mansfield is the founder of Cancer Wellness for Life. She’s been a certified cancer exercise specialist since 2003 and has dedicated her career to implementing evidence-based lifestyle education, resources and tools into cancer care for both the patients and the providers. She lives in Colorado and can often be found on a trail with her husband and doodle who rocks some pink hiking boots.

Its always fascinating to return to a space where you’ve spent so many years of your life and while there are some amazing things that are much the same, seeing so many changes in this city remind me that things are always changing including us and this is something that’s too easy to forget.
