European Cancer Organisation (ECO) shared on LinkedIn:
“In Europe, 1 in 19 men and 1 in 37 women risks developing lung cancer in their lifetime. Improving lung cancer screening programmes is crucial for saving lives.
On World LungCancerDay, we highlight the SOLACE project, which is identifying clear, concise, and practical guidelines on implementing lung cancer screening programmes, with a focus towards enrolling underrepresented and at-risk populations.
