“I am excited to announce that next month I will be joining Long Island University as the Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs. My 22 years at Emory have been an incredible journey, working alongside exceptional colleagues and building a cancer research lab with the most talented scientists.

Growing up in New York and completing my undergraduate at Binghamton University, I am now excited to return back. This role at LIU offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our next generation of learners, expand LIU’s research enterprise, and help foster innovative education. I will be moving my research to LIU as well and I am eager to begin this new chapter in my career.”
