I’m amazed by the journey of shaping and growing a medical practice, especially as I enter my 6th month in my new role. There’s incredible fulfillment in laying out a vision and witnessing a team develop and execute a plan with passion and precision. It’s about finding agency where perhaps it didn’t exist before, empowering individuals to take initiative and make impactful decisions.

Every step we take towards reducing complications, removing burdens, and enhancing patient experiences and outcomes is a testament to the dedication and ingenuity of our team.
