A magic mirror for CAR-T cells!
It is great please to share this work on culture-associated DNA methylation changes in CAR-T cells and how they can be used as a biomarker for adverse therapeutic outcome.

LuciaSalz et al. congratulations to this nice work! I has been a long ride, but I am sure that the epigenetic signatures will now get attention and may even be used for quality control of CAR-T cell products.
