“Announcing: A new initiative to retain talented ovarian cancer researchers – The Louise Davidson Ovarian Cancer Fellowship!
Co-funded by OCRF and the Mother’s Day Classic Foundation’ the inaugural fellowship has been awarded to Dr. Kathleen Pishas, at the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre.
The $20,000 fellowship is named in honour of Louise Davidson AM, co-founder of the Mother’s Day Classic. We are grateful to be a beneficiary of this incredible annual fun run event, held in locations all around Australia.
Huge thanks to Mother’s Day Classic for their support of ovarian cancer research, and congratulations to Dr. Pishas, who will use the Fellowship to advance her research career, which is currently focused on low grade serous ovarian cancer research.”
