Exploring the Latest Advances in Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma Research at NPCSS – NCCS

National Cancer Centre Singapore (NCCS) shared on LinkedIn:

“A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us at the Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma Singapore Symposium (NPCSS) at NCCS. It was an inspiring day of meaningful discussions, knowledge sharing, and collaboration as we explored the latest advances in NPC treatment, EBV biology in NPC tumorigenesis, EBV genome variation and NPC susceptibility, and designing EBV-based screening and therapeutic strategies.

Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma (NPC) is an Asian-centric disease with a particularly high incidence in Southern China, East Asia and Southeast Asia, making awareness, education, and collaboration especially important in our region. NPCSS provided a valuable platform for researchers, clinicians, and industry leaders to raise awareness, share the latest advances in research and clinical practice, and showcase the collaborative research efforts in the National Medical Research Council Open Fund – Large Collaborative Grant (NMRC OF-LCG) program.

We are grateful to our distinguished speakers, session chairs, panelists and attendees for making this symposium a success. Together, we’re advancing the progress for NPC research and improving outcomes for our patients.”
