International Alliance for Personalised Medicine (IAPM) shared a post on LinkedIn:
“Shaping the Future of Healthcare: Insights from the ISLB Workshop in Pomepi
Back in May, we had the pleasure of attending the International Society of Liquid Biopsy (ISLB) Workshop in Pompeii, Italy: two days filled with insightful discussions, scientific exchange, and new perspectives on the future of healthcare.
It was a privilege not only to present IPM and our mission to an international audience of clinicians, researchers, and healthcare experts, but also to sit down with several leading voices in the field to discuss some of today’s biggest healthcare challenges.
Together, we explored topics that are central to the future of precision medicine:
- Improving access to innovation
- Navigating regulatory challenges
- Strengthening collaboration and alignment across stakeholders
- Keeping patients at the centre of every decision
These conversations reinforced a shared vision: advancing healthcare requires more than scientific innovation: it requires collaboration, dialogue, and a commitment to ensuring that new technologies translate into better outcomes for patients.
This recap video brings together insights from the experts who joined us for these conversations:
- Catherine Alix-Panabières
- Umberto Malapelle
- Thanos Kosmidis
- Mayane Nehmé
- Sergio Marchini
A sincere thank you to all of them for sharing their perspectives, and to the International Society of Liquid Biopsy (ISLB) for the kind invitation and for bringing together such an inspiring community dedicated to advancing cancer research and precision medicine.
We look forward to continuing these conversations as BRECISE progresses.”
