“The Lung Cancer Session marked the beginning of Day 2 at the 7th EOS Annual Conference 2026, exploring advances in lung cancer treatment, emerging therapeutic approaches and personalised strategies to improve patient outcomes.
Led by Dr. Hassan Jaafar, Dr. Syed Karim and Dr. Amol Akhade, the session featured expert insights from Prof. Ola Khorshid ,Dr. Stephen Liu and Dr. Thorsten Füreder.
The programme also included the Lung Cancer Treatment Algorithm workshop, led by Dr. Rahul Gosain and Dr. Rohit Gosain.
Contributions came from panellists Dr. Yousra Izzuddeen, Dr. Husam Marashi, Dr. Diaeddine Trad, Dr. Sanjay Awasthi, Dr. Abdul Rahman Agha El Kinge, Dr. Wael El-Sheshtawy, Dr. Syed Hammad Tirmazy, Dr. Dalia Elshorbagy, Dr. Muhammad Farooq Latif, Dr. Emad Dawoud and Dr. Hassan Shahryar.
The Gastrointestinal Cancers Session on Day 2 of the 7th EOS Annual Conference 2026 explored advances in gastrointestinal cancer management, emerging treatment approaches and evolving strategies to optimise patient outcomes.
Led by Prof. Humaid Al Shamsi, Dr. Amin Abyad and Dr. Nouri Bennini, the session featured expert insights from Dr. Shruti Patel, Dr. Hampig Kourie and Dr. Lucjan Wyrwicz.
The programme also included the GI Cancer Treatment Algorithm workshop, with contributions from panellists Dr. Mohamed Omara, Prof. Tarkan Yetisyigit, Dr. Aref Chehal, Dr. Dina Hamza, Prof. Walid Faraj, Dr. Hassan Ghazal and Dr. Ibrahim Abu-Gheida.
The Breast Cancer Session at the 7th EOS Annual Conference 2026 explored advances in breast cancer treatment, emerging therapies, personalised surgical approaches and evidence-based care.
Led by Dr. Saeed Rafii, Dr. Aydah AlAwadhi and Dr. Mona Al-Ayyan, the session featured expert insights from Dr. Emad Shash, Prof. Peter Fasching and Dr. Jamila Al Azhri.
The programme also included The Evolving Role of Antibody-Drug Conjugates workshop, led by Dr. Saeed Rafii, as well as the Breast Cancer Treatment Algorithm, with contributions from Prof. Giampaolo Bianchini, Prof. Peter Fasching and Prof. Javier Cortes.
The panel included Dr. Faisal Al-Terkait, Dr. Anwar Alnouri, Dr. Aydah AlAwadhi, Dr. Jamila Al Azhri, Dr. Emad Shash, Dr. Bassel Jallad and Dr. Maryam Aslani.
The Innovation in Oncology Session at the 7th EOS Annual Conference 2026 explored emerging advances in cancer treatment, innovative therapeutic approaches and evolving strategies shaping the future of oncology.
Led by Dr. Charbel Khalil, the session featured expert insights from Dr. Pedram Razavi, followed by a panel discussion with Dr. Mariam Al Wahedi, Majed Mohamed and Ashraf Mallak.
