Cherisse Berry ’28, a trauma surgeon and health equity researcher; vice chair of academic affairs and professor of surgery at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School; and director of research for the Eric Muñoz Trauma Center at University Hospital in Newark, New Jersey.
Desmond Sutton’28, an obstetrician-gynecologist and maternal-fetal medicine specialist; associate chief medical officer for process improvement and director of obstetric quality and patient safety at Mount Sinai West and Mount Sinai Morningside in New York City; and an assistant professor at the Icahn School of Medicine.
Jessica Horstmann’28, a nurse practitioner, enrolled member of the Blackfeet tribe, and mobile health clinical lead at the Native American Community Clinic in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
They are all members of the MBA for Executives Class of 2028. The fellowship equips mid-career healthcare professionals with the leadership and management skills to address inequities across the U.S. healthcare system, pairing 22 months of EMBA study with specialized mentorship on healthcare disparities.”
