I’m sharing this insightful paper published in JCO Journals – JCO Global Oncology, which outlines how qualitative research was used to codesign a virtual Community of Practice (CoP) tailored specifically for ECIs in resource-constrained settings.
By directly tackling key barriers around institutional capacity, mentorship access, and aligning research with local context, this user-centered approach offers a practical framework for equitable collaboration and resource sharing.
