Unanswered questions in TNT and organ preservation of rectal cancer
Rasha Aboelhassan shared on LinkedIn:
“What ever we do? And how much patients we recruit?
There will be still unanswered questions in TNT and organ preservation of rectal cancer.
The most important is that we give the patient his own quality of life: no colostomy and less toxicity. This education session had 6 Giants of GIT oncologists in Europe.
Thank you for ESMO. In my own opinion, to decrease number of questions as well as to have the best quality of life, we need early detection and a good plans for screening.”
