AACR: To support their efforts to cut cancer mortality in half in the next 25 years
Margaret Foti, the CEO of the American Association for Cancer Research (AACR), shared,
“The American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) stands ready to work with NCI Director Bertagnolli, the US President Biden’s administration, and Congress to support their efforts to cut cancer mortality in half in the next 25 years.”
Earlier, on Twitter, AACR President Philip D. Greenberg wrote regarding the topic,
“As we begin today’s meeting of National Cancer Plan stakeholders, I would like to thank NCI Director Monica Bertagnolli for her leadership in developing this collaborative and comprehensive plan and her commitment to guiding our nation’s efforts against cancer.”
