The Fundación para la Excelencia y la Calidad de la Oncologia (ECO) partners with ASCO to host ASCO’s Quality Training Program (QTP) in Spain. ECO has hosted the QTP in Madrid for five years, including a recent thematic course tailored to Hematology and potentially an upcoming course tailored for pharmacists.

ASCO & ECO will potentially offer a QTP 1-day Workshop in Madrid, Spain prior to ESMO on Thursday October 19, 2023. This would be a unique opportunity to engage with international colleagues and expand your knowledge and training in oncology quality improvement. Before proceeding, we need your help to gauge attendance interest. The QTP is designed to prepare multidisciplinary oncology care teams to design, implement, and lead successful quality improvement activities in their practice settings. To date, more than 1,300 individuals from around the world have participated in the program. The workshop provides an introduction to tools and frameworks that are used in quality improvement and teaches attendees to effectively lead or participate in activities to reduce clinical variation and improve patient outcomes.
