The Cancer Pathology Coding Histology And Registration Terminology (Cancer PathCHART) initiative has released the 2025 Cancer PathCHART ICD-O-3 Site Morphology Validation List (2025 CPC SMVL). These tumor site-morphology combination standards for cancer surveillance in North America can be freely downloaded today by cancer registration software vendors and other end users in four easily consumed, computer-readable file formats (CSV, XLSX, XML, and JSON) at here. For sites not reviewed for 2024 or 2025, the existing standards from 2023 will remain unchanged in this list. By January 2026, tumor types at all tumor sites will have been reviewed.”
