“Zambia and Malawi UICC Peer Learning Visit to Zambia October 2026
We hosted Ms. Modester Kulongwe Chingadza, Project Officer for the Women’s Coalition Against Cancer (WOCACA) in Malawi, for a peer learning visit with our Cancer Smart Youth Team.
During her visit, we had the opportunity to meet Permanent Secretary for Technical Services, Dr. Kennedy Lishimpi, who shared valuable insights into the cancer landscape in Zambia as one of the country’s first oncologists.
Dr. Lishimpi also encouraged our guest and Idah Phiri to remain committed and put effort into everything they do.
