“Exciting to see the DELPHINUS results showing daratumumab with chemotherapy achieved an 83% overall response rate, enabled 75% of children with R/R T-ALL to proceed to allo-HSCT, and resulted in 24-month OS of 41%.
As co-chair of ECOG-ACRIN EA9213, I’m excited to see whether daratumumab can eradicate MRD in T-ALL, with the goal to improve depth of remission/ preventing relapse.”
