Survival and quality of life are the two goals of oncological care, but patients have taught us that illness can be much more than a traumatic experience.
It can be an opportunity.
Post Traumatic Growth and its prospective factors, both positive and negative, should be monitored over time in breast cancer patients across all disease stages, from treatment to survivorship, to inform personalized psychological support programs.
