Shilpa Gupta: Honored that Our Consensus Paper on MIBC Receives June 2026 EU Impact Award

Shilpa Gupta, Professor at Cleveland Clinic, shared on X:

“Honored that our IBCG (International Bladder Cancer Group) consensus paper on ‘Optimal management of muscle-invasive bladder cancer’ has received the European Urology Impact Award as the most influential work in its June 2026 issue!

Especially meaningful to see the impact of this work, bringing together multidisciplinary expertise to help guide evidence-based care, treatment sequencing, and the next generation of clinical trials for patients with MIBC worldwide.

Grateful to our co-authors, IBCG colleagues, and Ashish M. Kamat for his vision and commitment to improving bladder cancer outcomes. Thank you Alberto Briganti for this amazing recognition!”
