Working with such amazing colleagues at the most top notch institutions around the country and at RevMed on this phase 1-2 trial for Daraxonrasib in lung cancer is definitely one of my proudest moments in the past few years.

“Landmark pancreatic cancer drug shows potential against lung cancer too. Following on the U.S. approval of a game-changing drug for advanced pancreatic cancer, the same RevMed therapy, Rasonque, is showing promise against non-small cell lung cancer in a small trial.
Tumors in more than 30% of participants, each patient had oncogenic KRAS mutations and had previously tried other therapies. A larger study in which participants with non-small cell lung cancer are randomly assigned to receive either the drug, also called daraxonrasib, or standard chemotherapy is underway.”
