Salah-Eddin Al-Batran, Director Institute of Clinical Research at University Cancer Center Franfkurt, shared on LinkedIn:
“Returning to Amman, the city where I was born, to share the remarkable progress we have made in gastric and esophageal cancer was a special experience.
I had the pleasure of participating as a guest speaker in multidisciplinary and educational sessions, bringing together medical oncologists, surgeons, and gastroenterologists committed to advancing cancer care in Jordan.
One of the highlights was speaking at the King Hussein Cancer Foundation and Center Gastric Symposium, led by Ali Dabous under the title ‘The Evolution of Cure‘ alongside distinguished colleagues including Rim Turfa, Rula Amarin, Mahmoud Al Masri, Ayman Naser, and Ahmad Alromi.
I was deeply impressed by the expertise, enthusiasm, and collaborative spirit of the Jordanian oncology community.
My sincere thanks to AstraZeneca Jordan for supporting these educational symposia. In particular, I would like to thank Jinane Hajjar and Razan Yassin for their outstanding organization, warm hospitality, professionalism and dedication.
I look forward to continuing our collaboration and returning to Amman again soon.”
