Peter Zeng, Radiation Oncology Resident at University of Toronto, shared on LinkedIn:
“Very happy to finally see this work published in JCO Oncology Advances!
In this study, we looked at neoadjuvant alpelisib in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, and whether we could identify biomarkers of response to PI3Kα inhibition.
A lot of work from many people went into this one, and I was very lucky to have made a small contribution to it. Very grateful to all of the patients, collaborators, and mentors including Anthony Nichols, David Palma, Matthew Cecchini, Eric Winquist, Joe Mymryk, Halema Khan, John Barrett, and many others who made it possible.”
