“JAMA Oncology: ctDNA MRD after CRLM resection identifies who benefits from ACT!
Upfront surgery: MRD+ patients improved with ACT (DFS HR 0.07 and OS HR 0.27 vs observation). MRD- patients showed no benefit.
This supports selective ACT use and explains why prior trials lacked consistent OS benefit due to mixed patient groups without biomarker stratification.
Would ctDNA MRD change how you decide on adjuvant chemo for resected CRLM patients?”
