Efficacy and safety in CEPHEUS TIE pts (DVRd, n=144; VRd, n=145) show MRD- (10-5) 60.4% (DVRd) vs 39.3% (VRd; P=.0004); sustained MRD- ≥12 mos (47.2% v 28.3; P=.0010), ≥24 (40.3% v 22.8; P=.0015); OS favors DVRd (HR 0.66).”
