3-year follow-up of phase 1/2 MonumenTAL-1 shows talquetamab median PFS 7.5-11.2 mos, OS 28.3-not reached mos depending on cohort (less if prior CAR T/bsAb) w/ lower risk of high-grade infections vs. BCMA-targeting TCEs.”
